Missing a reward from The Hunt
Most items that look missing are already on your account, filed somewhere you did not expect. Check the places below first, then report anything that is still gone.

Every item in the event came with a hub badge of the same name. Your profile's badge list is the quickest way to see which ones the game recorded for you. The full list of items, with pictures, is on the rewards page.
Problems players ran into
The cloak is not on my avatar
The Amictus Infinitum is a neck accessory, so it does not show up with capes under back accessories. Some players also finished the puzzle and saw a message that they were already on the leaderboard without getting the cloak. If it is in neither place, report it.
The trophy said I had not finished every quest
When the final puzzle opened, many players with all forty badges were turned away. A game update later that morning fixed it for new servers. Players who got in sooner did it by joining a fresh server, or by replaying a quick quest such as Crossroads so the game checked their badges again.
The puzzle board never appeared
A smaller group saw the board fail to load, or tiles that could not be moved, even after resetting and changing servers. Report it using the steps below.
A Plus item did not arrive
Subscribers with every badge reported missing the Twentieth Teapot or Noob Attack: Birthday Bash more than any other item. Check hats and accessories first; the Roblox Plus page lists what each subscriber could earn.
A secret item pedestal would not give the item
Some pedestals answered “You already claimed this prize!” or showed a different item than the quest pays. The item each secret quest pays is listed on its wave page, starting with wave 1.
I ran out of time
The official end was 10 AM Pacific Time on the last day, and Roblox did not announce an extension. The hub stayed open past that time, though, and players kept earning the cloak and secret items. It can close at any moment, so if you were one step short, try it now. Who gets the Dominus is covered on the Dominus page.
How to report a missing item
- Open Roblox Support and choose the option for a missing item or a purchase problem.
- Give your username, the exact item name and the badge name from your profile.
- Say which quest or step you finished, and roughly when.
- Never send your password or a login code. Roblox Support does not ask for them.
