The last step of the secret path. With all 20 fragments you go back to the event hub, and the first 20 players to complete the final puzzle win the Dominus. At the last update of this site, nobody had won one.

The Dominus, and a second item

Roblox's event page names one prize, the Dominus. The event hub also has a badge for a second item, the Amictus Infinitum, and Roblox's verified account has published both items in the catalog, off sale. Roblox has not called the Amictus a prize or said how to get it. Each badge's text ends “Awarded for attaining this item in The Hunt: Roblox 20.”

Videos disagree on the cloak. Some say it goes to everyone who finishes every quest, others to players who finish the final puzzle after the 20 winners. Neither is from Roblox. Its badge had no holders at the last update of this site.

Are you in? A checklist

Finish all 20 main quests and unlock Year Infinity in the hub. The secret path does not open before that.
Finish all 20 secret quests. Each pays one fragment and one item. The routes: wave 1, wave 2, wave 3 and wave 4.
Go back to the event hub with all 20 fragments. That is where Roblox puts the final puzzle.

The secret items the fewest players have claimed

Each secret quest's item is claimed in the hub, which hands out a badge named after it, so a badge's holder count shows how many accounts have claimed that item. The five with the fewest holders are below. At the last update of this site, no more than 113,058 accounts could have claimed all 20.

Getting in early

Players have filmed a trophy in the hub whose text says that placing in the top 20 on a secret challenge leaderboard unlocks the final puzzle early. The trophy does not say which leaderboard, or how much earlier. The same videos show a sign in the hub counting down to an Admin Abuse event in another Roblox game, +1 Keyboard Escape, and saying that playing it gives a small bonus on the final puzzle. Both are Unconfirmed: they come from recordings, not from anything Roblox has published.

What Roblox has not said

Roblox's event page is short on the puzzle itself:

What the puzzle is. The event page does not describe it. Guesses in videos run from a sliding picture puzzle to a boss fight; none is confirmed by Roblox.
Where it is. The event page says only that it is in the event hub.
When it opens. The event page gives no time. Roblox's post for the last wave said there's “still 20 Domini on the line”. The event itself ends Monday, September 28 at 10 AM PT; the schedule page gives that in your own time zone.

What the Latin says

Both items carry a Latin name and a Latin line in their catalog text. A word-for-word reading, going by Wiktionary:

Textbook Latin would write ad vicesimum after ad; the sense is the same. Roblox has not explained either line. One reading, for an event about Roblox's twentieth year, is “from the first year to the twentieth”, but that is an interpretation, not something Roblox has said.

Offers to ignore

Both items are off sale and made by Roblox. Anyone selling one, or asking for a login or a download in exchange for one, is not Roblox. The Dominus page lists the look-alike items in the catalog, and the rewards page has every other item the event pays.
